Our programs are designed to strengthen the mental health, social, and emotional wellbeing of women, children, and young people impacted by family and domestic violence. We deliver a mix of internal activities within the refuge and external programs in the community, offering both one-to-one and group-based interactions that support recovery, resilience, and connection.
Working in partnership with external services, the Centre acts as a conduit for community providers, ensuring families can access a broad network of supports. We actively participate in community events, run awareness campaigns on family and domestic violence, and promote education as a pathway to safety and empowerment.
Through these efforts, our programs aim not only to respond to crisis but to increase quality of life, foster healing, and create stronger support networks for individuals, families, and the broader community.
